You can only withdraw cash using your virtual Magenta Pay Card at ATMs equipped with a contactless/NFC reader. ATMs in Germany currently do not support contactless withdrawals, so cash withdrawal may not be available everywhere.
If you find an ATM with contactless/NFC functionality, you can use your virtual Magenta Pay Card to withdraw cash. Please note, however, that the bank itself may refuse withdrawal. For further information on which cards each bank cooperates with, we recommend contacting the respective bank directly.
