I forgot my log in credentials. What should I do?

If you don't remember one of these details (e-mail address or mobile phone number), you can enter the other one to login to the app. So, if you don't remember your e-mail address you can log in using your phone number and vice versa. 

Once you are logged in:

1. Select your profile picture on the top left
2. Select "Account details"
3. Scroll down until you can see your registered phone number and e-mail address
4. If you wish to change them, select the corresponding option right underneath each one
