My PIN is locked, how can I unblock it?

If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your card will be blocked for security reasons. You will not be able to use it until you unblock it in the app under "Cards".

Follow these steps:

1. go to the “Cards” menu and select “Unlock PIN”.

2. select “Continue” in the new pop-up window.
