How to cancel your card:
- Go to the “Cards” section.
- Select the card you want to cancel.
- Open “Settings”.
- Tap “Cancel card”.
After cancellation:
- The card will no longer be available for use.
- You can still view it in the card folder, located in the top right corner of the “Cards” section.
Important:
- Card cancellation is permanent and irreversible.
- Cancelled cards cannot be restored or added back to your wallet.
Issuing a new card:
- You can issue a new card with a different number through the “Cards” section of the app.
- If you delete a card twice in a row, you will need to wait 7 days before issuing a new one for security reasons.
Using Apple Wallet or Google Wallet:
If you have added your new card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet:
- Make sure to remove the old, cancelled card from your device’s wallet to avoid unintended use.
