How do I delete/cancel a card?

How to cancel/delete your card:

• Go to the “Cards” section.
• Select the card you want.
• Open “Settings”.
• Tap “Cancel Card”.

What happens after cancellation:

• The card will no longer be available for use.
• You can still view it in the card folder, located in the top right corner of the “Cards” section.

Important:

• Card deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• The same card cannot be restored or added back to your wallet.

Issuing a new card:

• You can issue a new card with a different number through the “Cards” section of the app.
• If you delete a card twice in a row, you will need to wait 7 days before issuing a new one, for security reasons.

Using Apple/Google Wallet:

If you have added your new card to Apple/Google Wallet:

• Make sure to remove the old, canceled card from your device’s wallet to avoid any unintended use.
