I made the video call, but I still don't have access to the app. What should I do?

When you make a video call with an authorized Telekom Payments representative, and you end the call after completing all the steps required for your registration, it may take some time for your profile to be activated. When the registration is complete, we will inform you about it with a notification on your mobile phone. 

If your registration failed, you will need to make a new video call and inform the authorized Telekom Payments employee.
