First, check if you had a sufficient balance in your wallet when you made the transaction with your Magenta Pay Card. If the balance was insufficient, spare change could not be saved to your Piggy. A new attempt will be made the next time you make a transaction with your Magenta Pay Card. Also make sure you’ve selected the card you used for the transaction for collecting spare change.
