What commission am I charged when charging and when does the amount appear on my account?

Top-ups via another bank's card are processed immediately, without any commission from Telekom Payments.

Transfers from another banks via SEPA transfer, take up to 3 working days. The top-up is again completed without any commission from Telekom Payments, but there may be charges from your bank.

Please note that if money is transferred to your account from another Telekom Payments account (e.g. via chat), the transfer is completed instantly and free of charge.
