If you don't remember either the email address or mobile phone number you use for Magenta Pay, you can enter the other one to log in to the app. For example, if you don't remember your e-mail address, you can log in using your phone number and vice versa.
Once you are logged in:
- Select your profile picture on the top left
- Select "Account details"
- Scroll down until you can see your registered phone number and e-mail address
- If you wish to change them, select the corresponding option underneath each one
