If it’s been a while since you last changed your password, you may need to update it for security reasons. At Magenta Pay, we always prioritize the protection of your account. If you haven’t changed your password in the last 6 months, follow the steps below:
Create a new password
Select the “Create new password” option from the app.
Enter your current password
Type in your existing password for verification.
Set a new password
Enter the new password you want to use. Make sure it is different from the last two passwords you have used.
Confirm with a code
You will receive a 4-digit code (OTP): on your mobile phone and in your email. Enter the code to proceed.
Complete the process
The password change is successfully completed and you will see the message in the app: “The password has been successfully changed.”
