The Magenta Pay application does not provide the option to pay with another bank's credit card. If the other bank's e-banking gives you the opportunity to enter your Magenta Pay card details so that the payment can be made from there, you can proceed with the transaction.
Alternatively, you can transfer the amount to your account at the other bank and pay from there with your credit card.
To transfer money to another account within the SEPA-zone, select the “Transfer” option in the “Wallet” section and follow these steps:
a. Fill out the relevant fields of the recipient (first and last name as well the IBAN number and the SWIFT/BIC code of the recipient's bank).
b. Select the amount you want to transfer (assuming you have a sufficient balance in your wallet).
c. If necessary, add a comment.
d. Confirm the details and carry out the transaction using Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
