If you did not synchronize your contacts during registration, you can do anywhere in the app where you have the option to search for users (e.g., Chat & Pay). By choosing to sync contacts, you will be redirected to your mobile settings, where you will be asked to provide the Magenta Pay app with access to your contacts.
You can also go to your profile and select "Mobile contacts in Magenta Pay" to synchronize your contacts.
