The top-up of my wallet failed, but my card was charged. What should I do?

First, you need to make sure that all the steps have been done correctly and that the process has been completed successfully. Then you can check whether your card has been charged.

• If you find that your card has not been charged, you can contact your bank to find out why the transaction was not completed.
• If your card has been charged, but the money has not yet shown up in Magenta Pay, then you may need to wait up to 3 business days for the amount to show up in your wallet.
