You can top up your wallet in two ways:
1. Using another bank's card:
In the ‘Top up’ section, enter your card details (Visa and Mastercard) to add money. Save your card info for future use if desired. The following information is required: card number, expiry date, CVV, and name on the card.
Steps:
a. Go to your wallet and select ‘Top up’.
b. Choose 'Credit / Debit card'.
c. Enter the desired amount and click ‘Continue’.
d. Enter card details and select ‘Complete’.
Your bank may ask for 3DS verification (e.g., SMS or app notification).
2. Via SEPA bank transfer:
Got to ‘Top up' and select ‘Bank transfer’ to display your Magenta Pay Telekom Payments IBAN.
Copy the IBAN and your account name, then send a SEPA transfer via e-banking or at your bank branch.
Note: Only use cards in your name. Cards are personal and must not be shared or lent to others.
