I made a transaction with a Magenta Pay debit card, but the change was not transferred to my Piggy. What should I do?

First, check if you had sufficient balance in your Wallet at the time of the transaction with your Magenta Pay debit card. If the balance was insufficient, change cannot be saved in your piggy. A new attempt will be made the next time you make a transaction with your Magenta Pay debit card, if your current wallet balance is sufficient. Finally, make sure you’ve selected the card you used for the transaction to collect the change.
