Why does it take so long for them to respond to my transaction dispute request?

A dispute request requires actions to be taken by Telekom Payments in partnership with the International Card Schemes (Visa, Mastercard). These actions include specific procedures that must be followed at a time specified by the Card Schemes.  Therefore, the process can take up to 100 calendar days.
