After entering your card details on the merchant’s website, you are redirected to the 3D Secure page, which informs you that you will receive a push notification on your mobile phone to approve the transaction. If you did not receive the notification, do the following:
a. check if you have Magenta Pay app notifications enabled on your mobile in the ‘Notifications’ section
b. select ‘Resend push notification’ on the 3D Secure page.”
If you do not receive a push after the above actions, follow these steps:
a) Uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall.
b) If you have an Android device, restart Google Services.
Tip: For optimal performance and to avoid issues, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
