What information should I give to someone who wants to send me money to Magenta Pay?

If the person who wants to send you money is a Magenta Pay user, they can search for you by entering your mobile phone number, nickname, name or e-mail address under ‘Chat&Pay’.

Once you've made your profile visible to other users, they can find and send you money right away. Otherwise, you need to provide your name and surname, Telekom Payments IBAN, which you will find in your Magenta Pay wallet, and your BIC/SWIFT code so that the sender can make the transfer of funds to your Magenta Pay account.

To find Telekom Payments IBAN and your BIC/SWIFT code, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Wallet from the main menu and select the 3 dots in the top right of the screen.
2. Select ‘IBAN Information’.
