How do I transfer money (bank transfer) to another account?

For money transfers to another account within Germany or abroad (SEPA), select “Transfer” in the “Wallet” section. Then proceed as follows:

a. Fill in the relevant fields for the recipient (name, surname and IBAN number - plus SWIFT/BIC code of the recipient's bank).

b. Select the desired amount to be transferred (if there is a balance in your wallet).

c. If you wish, you may add a comment.

d. Confirm the details and complete the transaction via Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

Note: The bank may request supporting documents before sending the transfer to ensure you can pay your obligations safely.

Supporting documents for sending a transfer: Depending on the amount, the destination country of the transfer, and/or your status (individual, entrepreneur, company), the bank may request additional information and documents to proceed with your transaction.
